SCHOOL OF MEDICINE WITH ELIGIBLE GRADUATE FIRST PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATION, SCHOOLS OF DENTAL MEDICINE, HEALTH AND REHABILITATION SCIENCE, MEDICINE, NURSING, PHARMACY AND PUBLIC HEALTH WITH ELIGIBLE GRADUATE LEVEL REGISTRATIONS.

The University and Deans’ Offices are pleased to provide health care insurance opportunities for those with eligible graduate level registrations in the Schools of Dental Medicine, Health and Rehabilitation Sciences, Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy and Public Health. Enrollment information and procedures are available from the Offices of Student Affairs in each of the Schools of the Health Sciences.

Opportunities also exist for those with eligible graduate level registrations in other schools throughout the University. Students with eligible graduate level registrations in other schools should contact the applicable administrator in the deans’ offices of their respective schools.

Enrollment kits and procedures are available from the Offices of Student Affairs of each of the Schools of Dental Medicine, Health and Rehabilitation Sciences, Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy and Public Health.
